APPLICATION: Start with clear, unpolished nails.
Wash hands with warm water and soap. Be sure to scrub nail surface.
Dry hands and nails.
Apply Prep Me to each nail before applying base coat or nail lacquer.
Brush on bare nails and wait approximately 30 seconds to dry.
