Shipping/Returns/Order Cancellation

DUE TO COVID-19, THERE HAS BEEN EXTREME MAIL DELAYS. THIS IS THE CASE FOR BOTH U.S. AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

OUR PROCESSING TIMES REMAIN THE SAME. DELAYS DUE TO USPS ARE NOT IN OUR CONTROL.

YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED AND READY TO SHIP. 

SHIPPING LABELS ARE NOT CREATED UNTIL YOUR ORDER IS READY TO SHIP. ONCE A SHIPPING LABEL IS CREATED, YOUR ORDER IS PICKED UP BY USPS THE SAME DAY, OR NEXT MORNING (MON-FRI).

LATELY, TRACKING IS NOT BEING UPDATED BY USPS. 

YOU MAY CHECK TRACKING AND RECEIVE A MESSAGE STATING THAT 'A LABEL WAS CREATED.  AWAITING PACKAGE'. 

PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT YOUR ORDER HAS INDEED, BEEN SHIPPED ON OUR END. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME FRAME FOR YOUR COUNTRY, PLEASE CONTACT USPS.

SHIPPING and HANDLING

All orders are shipped from Atlanta, Georgia USA via USPS (United States Postal Service) and will include a tracking number.

During sales and new releases, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for processing and shipping of your order.


For pre-orders, please note shipping dates on the pre-order listing.


If you pay via PayPal, we will automatically use the address linked to that PayPal account. 

This ensures both seller and buyer protection from PayPal.

If you pay via PayPal eCheck, your order will not ship until payment clears.


If you like to have your order shipped to a different address (for example, in the case of a gift purchase) you may pay using a credit card. We use STRIPE for our credit card processesing.                                               

The address used at checkout will be the address we ship to for all STRIPE payments. PLEASE check your address before completing your order.                                                   

We are not responsible for mis-delivery due to incorrect address.


Orders normally ship out between 1-3 business days.

Custom product may take up to 3 weeks to ship.

Orders that contain nail and skin care products may take an additional 5-7 business days to ship as we produce these items per order.  

Orders that contain nail & skin care items that can melt or thermal nail lacquers only ship out Monday-Wednesday. 

This will decrease the chance of your order sitting too long in extreme temperatures (very warm or very cold).


We are not responsible for orders once they have been shipped and scanned by USPS.

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number. 

Please contact USPS (United States Postal Servise) if you have any questions or concerns about your order once it has been shipped.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


We currently ship worldwide!!


Import duties, taxes and any additional charges are NOT INCLUDED in the listed shipping charge.

These charges are the buyers responsibility. 

Before purchasing, please check with your country's customs office to confirm what (if any) additional charges you may encounter. 


We are not responsible for any packages lost, seized or destroyed at customs. 


There may be a 5-7 day delay with shipping your order if you are not PayPal confirm.      


All orders will be provided with tracking information. 


Once your order has been shipped by us and scanned as received by USPS, please contact USPS for any shipping or tracking inquiries.


Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number.  


Tracking information for international orders is provided, however, the tracking information provided by United States Postal Service (USPS) does not update after the package has left the United States.  

The last tracking update you will see before you receive your order will show that it has departed the United States and it is enroute to the destination. 

Unfortunately, we won't have further information beyond that.

Depending on international destination and customs, your package may be delayed. It may take 30 days or more for you to receive your package. 


Please contact USPS (United States Postal Service) if you have any questions or concerns about your order.


For many countries, tracking will not be updated once your order leaves the United States.


We are not able to list postage costs for every single country. You will automatically receive a refund for any overage payment for shipping, minus handling charges.You may also contact us with a shipping address prior to your purchase. We will gladly check postage costs to your area.


RETURNS

Most of our products are custom made and/or made for 'personal use'. Therefore we cannot accept returns.


If your product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item please email us at info@jiorcouture.com right away.


Please attach a photo of the damaged or incorrect product along with the packaging.

If an item is claimed to not work properly, the following steps will take place:                         

A return postage slip will be provided to you so that you may return the item.  (You will have 48 business hours to ship the item)         

Once we receive the item it will be throughly inspected and tested for the claimed issue(s).    

If an issue is detected, a replacement will immediately be sent out to you. 

You will receive an email with our findings and tracking information for the replacement will be provided. 

If no issue is present or detected, you will receive an email with our findings. 

The email will include photo and/or video of tests done. 

The original item will be shipped back to you, however you, the customer, will be responsible for shipping costs. 

Upon receiving the shipping costs, the item will immediately be shipped back and tracking information will be provided.

In the case of a replacement not being available, we will provide you with a closely matched product or a different product of close to equal  value, or store credit.


ORDER CANCELLATION

We do our best to process orders right away.

When you place an order, you have 2 hours to cancel your order for a full refund.

After 2 hours, you may cancel your order and receive store credit.


REFUNDS

All sales are final. If an exchange can not be made due to a damaged item, a refund will be offered as store credit only.

If there is ever a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
